The Strip
An entire 4 miles of the Vegas strip, from Russell to Sahara, which covers all hotels from Mandalay Bat at the Strip’s southern end to Stratosphere at the north will be closed down to traffic starting at around 6 p.m. Las Vegas New Year’s eve 2016 will include a spectacular fireworks show! Bear in mind that if you plan to celebrate indoors, around 11 p.m., the hotels stop letting people in.
Fireworks
As the clock strikes midnight, fireworks will be released from seven different casino rooftops! Besides the Vegas strip, the SkyFall Lounge in Delano Las Vegas, or the Foundation Room atop Mandalay Bay are good viewing spots!
Fremont Street
Apart from the Vegas strip, the New Year’s Eve America’s Party at Fremont Street is always a blast! The best of the best will be performing for 10 combined hours of live concerts on three stages! Don’t miss it!
Nightclubs
Party on into the new year at these events:
- Hyde Bellagio: Enjoy a champagne toast at midnight overlooking the world famous Fountains of Bellagio.
- Stratosphere: Join the Tower VIP party for unlimited four-hour premium brand open bar, martini bar, DJs, dancers, specialty drinks, champagne toast at midnight, and a spectacular view of the fireworks!
- Cosmopolitan: Passed hors d’oeuvres from 9 p.m. to midnight and indulge in a premium open bar from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- Drai’s: See performances from Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill and enjoy a champagne bar!
